Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
