Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Turkey Breast cooked
- 8 slices White Bread toasted
- ½ cup Butter
- ½ cup Flour
- 3 cups Milk
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 8 slices Tomato
- 8 slices Bacon cooked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the sauce thickens. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Place the toasted bread slices on a baking sheet. Top each slice with turkey, tomato, and the cheese sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and place in the oven. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden, about 10-15 minutes.
Top each with two slices of bacon and serve hot.
