Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve with your favorite appetizers.
