Ingredients

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • to taste salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  5. Stir in the honey and sriracha sauce until well combined.
  6. Pour the honey-sriracha mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
