Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Stir in the honey and sriracha sauce until well combined.
Pour the honey-sriracha mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
