Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, and garlic powder.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the honey sriracha mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
