  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
