  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the salmon fillets. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
