  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced carrots and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Stir in the honey and lime juice. Cook for another 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
