  • 4 pcs Parsnips peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, parsnips, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
