Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 4 pcs Parsnips peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, parsnips, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm.
