- 8 chicken thighs bone-in, skinless
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup water
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, black pepper, and water.
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
