Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup snap peas
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp back to the pan and pour the honey garlic sauce over.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve over cooked rice.
