Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- ½ cup snap peas
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- Cooked rice for serving
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same pan, add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp back to the pan and pour the honey garlic sauce over.
Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated.
Garnish with green onions and serve over cooked rice.
