Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
4. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
