Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. 4. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
