Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts soaked overnight
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend hazelnuts and water until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
  3. 3. Heat the hazelnut milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add vanilla extract and sweetener (if using) to the milk.
  5. 5. Brew espresso shots and pour into cups.
  6. 6. Pour the heated hazelnut milk over the espresso.
