Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Toppings

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • to taste Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  3. 3. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. 7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add cheese and your favorite toppings.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
