  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and add toppings.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
