Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Plain yogurt full-fat or Greek
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix yogurt and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place cheesecloth in a strainer over a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour yogurt mixture into cheesecloth.
  4. 4. Tie cheesecloth and let it drain in the fridge for 24 hours.
  5. 5. Transfer labneh to a container and store in the fridge.
