Ingredients

  • 8 cups Cornbread, cubed
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Sage, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cornbread, celery, and onion.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and melted butter, then add the sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
