Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white optional
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add gin, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and egg white (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
  3. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. 4. Strain into a martini glass.
  5. 5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
