Hibiscus Gin Sour Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white optional
- 1 lemon twist for garnish
1. Add gin, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and egg white (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a martini glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
