Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Arrange the thinly sliced zucchini on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the chopped basil and parsley over the zucchini.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
