Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Lemon Butter Sauce
- ¼ cup Butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring an even coating.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the lemon butter sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon before serving.
