Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary crushed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately.
