Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
