- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
