Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  6. Press the dough out to fit the baking sheet, then use your fingers to make dimples all over the surface.
  7. Mix the chopped herbs and minced garlic with a bit of olive oil and spread it over the dough.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
