Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 leaves Basil fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
  3. 3. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. 6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
