- 2 Heirloom tomatoes, diced
- 1 Mango, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced heirloom tomatoes, mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well to combine.
Let the pico sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve fresh.
