Main Ingredients
- 4 Heirloom tomatoes sliced
- 2 Avocados diced
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced heirloom tomatoes, diced avocados, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves before serving.
