Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey lean
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn canned or fresh
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream optional
  • ¼ cup Salsa
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and cook according to the packet instructions.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
  3. 3. Add the cooked ground turkey to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, and sliced avocado.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
