Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- 1 piece Avocado, sliced
- 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt for dressing
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice for dressing
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil for dressing
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
3. Spread a thin layer of the dressing on each tortilla.
4. Add shredded chicken, mixed greens, avocado slices, and cherry tomatoes on top of the dressing.
5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
