Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips preferably baked
  • 1 cup Black beans cooked or canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • 1 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Jalapeños sliced
  • 1 cup Lime wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the chips with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and vegan cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cilantro and jalapeños.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
