Hazelnut Vanilla Tiramisu

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup hazelnut liqueur
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Combine hazelnut liqueur and coffee in a shallow dish.
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
