Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
- ¼ cup Cold Water
- ½ cup Hazelnut Spread
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and hazelnut spread until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chopped hazelnuts or a drizzle of hazelnut spread.
