Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. In a blender, combine hazelnuts, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
3. In a pan, combine the cooked pasta and the hazelnut-tahini sauce. Add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
