Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 100 g Hazelnuts toasted
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Pasta Water reserved
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine hazelnuts, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a pan, combine the cooked pasta and the hazelnut-tahini sauce. Add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
