- 4 large Eggs Use fresh eggs for best results
1. Fill a pot with about an inch of water and bring to a boil.
2. Place the eggs in a steamer basket and set the basket over the boiling water.
3. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the eggs for 12-15 minutes.
4. Remove the eggs and place them in a bowl of ice water for a few minutes to cool.
5. Peel and enjoy!
