Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package Egg noodles 12 oz
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. While the sauce is simmering, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well.
  6. 6. Serve the stroganoff sauce over the cooked egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
