Main Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in pie dish.
Spread ham and cheese evenly in the pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
