  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in pie dish.
  3. Spread ham and cheese evenly in the pie crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
