Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ham diced
- 2 cups Dried Beans soaked overnight
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, add the diced ham, soaked beans, chopped onion, minced garlic, and water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until beans are tender.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
