Halloumi Vegetable Skewers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 250 g Halloumi cheese cut into cubes
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Zucchini cut into slices
- 1 Red onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add halloumi cubes and vegetable chunks to the bowl, and toss to coat evenly.
4. Thread the halloumi and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the halloumi is golden brown.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
