  • 2 medium Yellow Squash sliced lengthwise

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini and squash slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the slices on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
