Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Zucchini cut into slices
  • 1 unit Red Onion cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Brush the vegetable skewers with the oil mixture.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
