  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the vegetables for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from grill and toss with teriyaki sauce. Serve immediately.
