Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 pc Zucchini sliced
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 pc Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
  4. Remove the vegetables from the grill and arrange them on a platter. Serve warm.
