Main Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the tomato halves with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
Place the tomatoes on the grill, cut side down.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
