  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the tomato halves with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  4. Place the tomatoes on the grill, cut side down.
  5. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
