Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ball Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Basil Leaves fresh
  • ¼ cup Oregano fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it oil-side down on the grill.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is crispy and has grill marks. Brush the top with olive oil and flip.
  5. Quickly add the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the grill, season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve immediately.
