Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Sausages any variety
- 2 large Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
While the sausages are cooking, place the peppers and onions on the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
Remove everything from the grill. Serve the sausages with the grilled peppers and onions.
