Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Lemon Herb Butter

  • 4 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and minced garlic.
  5. Once the salmon is done, top each fillet with a spoonful of the lemon herb butter.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
