Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Lemon Herb Butter
- 4 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and minced garlic.
Once the salmon is done, top each fillet with a spoonful of the lemon herb butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
