Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill the asparagus for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon with the asparagus salad on the side.
