Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 piece Red Onion sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill the vegetables for about 2-3 minutes per side, until charred and tender.
  5. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
  6. Chop the grilled vegetables and toss them together in a mixing bowl.
  7. Serve immediately.
