- 4 large Potatoes sliced into wedges

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the potato wedges on a large piece of aluminum foil and fold the edges to create a packet.
Grill the potato packet for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
