Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin sliced thin
  • 8 oz Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup Fresh herbs cilantro, mint, and basil
  • ¼ cup Peanuts chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the pork slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and chili paste to make the sauce.
  5. 5. In serving bowls, divide the rice noodles, grilled pork, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs.
  6. 6. Drizzle the sauce over each bowl and top with chopped peanuts.
